Just saw the TV Fast thing

I like the idea and would like to hear more about it please. I'm willing to forgo all media except Fox News as I must have a news fix every once in a while. I'll give up Dancing With the Stars, Boston Legal, Two and a Half Men and all the rest of the drivel I watch.
